Can Steadi replace a side table?
Only when you already have a suitable place for the drink. Steadi gives compatible drinkware a wider base; it does not create a tabletop, add storage or hold snacks. If there is no level, fully supported spot within reach, a small table or suitable tray may be more useful.
How much room does it need?
Allow the full 5.2-inch footprint, plus space for your hand and clearance from the edge. The holder is 2.8 inches high. Measure the usable area after removing anything that would sit under its base.
Will it fit my drink?
Fits drink container bases 2–3.15 inches across, inclusive. Measure across the bottom, not the rim. Check full seating and low handles or added boots. Capacity alone does not establish fit.
Does it need screws, suction or adhesive?
No. Steadi is freestanding and slips onto the drink. It does not attach to your furniture, so it can still be knocked over or move with an unstable surface.
Can I use it on a sofa?
Use only a level, supported spot where the full base rests securely. Soft, sloping or shifting cushions can be unsuitable. A stable tabletop is the clearer choice when you are unsure.
Will it protect furniture from water rings?
Do not treat Steadi as a waterproof coaster or spill tray. Wipe moisture promptly and follow the furniture maker’s care instructions. It does not seal an open drink.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash only and let it dry. Do not put Steadi in a dishwasher or microwave.
